Event tent rented with entire lodge or resort receives a 50% discount.
📋 Reservation Policies
- Individual reservations:
- 100% deposit due upon booking.
- Thereafter, a cancellation within 30 days of arrival date is a full night charge and any processing fees.
- Less than 7-day notice will result in NO REFUND.
- $50 security deposit taken upon check-in.
- Lodge/contracted bookings:
- 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm
- Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- No changes within 60 days of event
- Event/Entire Lodge cancellation within 60 days of reservation - NO REFUND
- $250 security deposit upon arrival
- *Groups over 80, incur additional fee
- 2-night minimum stay required for Lodge & Cabins and on holidays
🐾 Pet Policy
- Pets must be leashed at all times
- Not allowed in Lodge or Lodge Cabins, $250 Fee
- Up to 2 pets allowed in Camping Cabins (guests bring their own linens)
