Reservation Policies

Deposit and Payment Terms:

• To confirm and secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking.

Please be advised of the following refund policy regarding your deposit:

• 25% of the total amount due becomes non-refundable at the time of booking.

• 50% of the total amount is due 90 days prior to arrival and becomes non-refundable.

The remaining balance of your reservation is due in full 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to submit the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your initial deposit.

Change and Cancellation Policy:

• No Changes Within 60 Days of Event: Please note that no changes to your reservation, including but not limited to dates, guest count, or accommodation types, can be made within 60 days of your scheduled arrival. We encourage guests to finalize their plans in advance. Any changes within 60 days are subject to a $250 fee.

• Cancellation Within 60 Days of Reservation - NO REFUND: If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the reservation date, the total amount paid (including the initial 50% deposit and any subsequent balance payments) will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this 60-day window.

Security Deposit:

• $250 Security Deposit Upon Arrival: A $250 security deposit is required upon your arrival. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages to the property or excessive cleaning charges incurred during your stay. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 7-10 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Guest Count and Portable Toilets:

• Portable Toilets Required for Over 80 Guests: For events anticipating over 80 guests, the reservation of two (2) portable toilets is mandatory. For every additional 80 guests beyond the initial 80, an additional two (2) portable toilets are required.

• Proof of Portable Toilets: You must email a receipt and confirmation of the portable toilet rental to office@strawberrypinnacles.com within 60 days of your reservation. Failure to provide this documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

Sales Tax:

• Sales Tax Subject to Change: Please be aware that the applicable sales tax rate is subject to change from the time of booking to the time your final balance is due. The final sales tax amount will be calculated based on the prevailing rate at the time of final payment.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

• 2-Night Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is required for all "Entire Resort" or "Lodge" bookings. This minimum stay also applies to "Lodge and Cabins" bookings during weekends and holidays.

• Pets must be leashed at all times

• Not allowed in Lodge or Lodge Cabins, $250 Fee

• Up to 2 pets allowed in Camping Cabins (guests MUST bring their own linens)
